Abstract:
The objectives of this study were to
introduce active centers and institutions
teaching Persian to non-native speakers in
Iran, analyzing the contents and
methodologies, and a statistical analysis of
the number of students and instructors in
the past few years. Chapters one to four
introduce educational centers, teachers’
methodologies in these centers, and some
characteristics of learners such as
nationality, motivation, their interests and
their choice of subjects, respectively. The
fifth chapter consists of a summary and
conclusion. The addresses of the
educational centers, institutions, offices
and bibliography are given at the end.
